We are pleased to announce that two of our field assistants Vayron De Gracia and Bernardo Peña, both panamanian biologists from the University of Panama in Veraguas, started on the 15 of April 2014 the first sampling of aquatic insects in Bulaba and Escobal rivers inside the Santa Fe National Park. This study will provide a low-cost base line of water quality and for the first time knowledge into the biodiversity of aquatic insects community in the upstream of these rivers.
