Santa Fe: Cloud Forest Exploration & Harlequin Toad Conservation
Embark on a mission where exploration transforms into active conservation. Our expedition takes you to the frontline of Panamanian wildlife defence.
Join us in monitoring biodiversity within the cloud forests of Santa Fe, where we venture deep into the canopy in search of the elusive Harlequin Toad (Atelopus varius). This is not a simple guided tour; it is a specialised field expedition designed to collect vital data in territories where every observation is critical for the survival of the species.
The Expedition
This tropical rainforest safari includes birdwatching sessions, exploration of waterfalls, and trail treks where you'll have the chance to see the area's wildlife, including the Harlequin Toad. These hikes allow for a full appreciation of the local fauna and the landscape of the Veraguas highlands.
